The CSPPA player representatives are tasked with discussing and making decisions on matters that affect players, including CSPPA policies and actions. Further, CSPPA player representatives are asked to contribute and take part in the dialogue among the players and help make sure that the opinions of all players can be brought forward.

CSPPA encourage all teams to elect a CSPPA player representative who will represent his teammates and himself and help make decisions together with colleagues from other teams.

CSPPA has set up CSPPA Player Committees where players are tasked with providing input and making decisions on certain topics. Any CSPPA member can join a player committee and thereby take part in developing CSPPA policies and making positive changes for the good of the players and the CS:GO scene as a whole.
